Oil painting by E F Skinner showing the interior of Cyclops Steel and Iron Works, Sheffield, with a line of women factory workers using lathes to cut rat tail files. Painted during WW1 as a commission by Cammell Laird, for reproduction as postcards to be sold in aid of the British Red Cross.
