Caption:
Food can float around in 'blobs' in the weightless conditions of space, so astronauts have to eat with care. Food is specially prepared in tins or flexible packs and is often dried to save space. Drinks, such as this pineapple and grapefruit fruit squash, were rehydrated with hot or cold water.
